Your ability to overcome adversity is inspiring to your allies.
Benefit: If you are affected by an effect that grants a negative penalty or miss chance to attack rolls and successfully hit the source of the effect with an attack, you can spend 1 Resolve Point to grant allies within 60 feet that are able to hear or see you a +1 morale bonus to attack and damage rolls against that enemy until the beginning of your next turn. If your attack was a critical hit, increase the morale bonus by 1.
